Hey I’m Pam!

your photographer, friend + so much more

I am truly filled with so much heart-bursting joy (is that a thing?) when I witness people find their person. We may not have met before, but believe me when I say I am genuinely SO happy for you both already. My biggest goal on your wedding day is making sure you’re having the freaking time of your life. There’s a lot of pressure on wedding days to be “perfect”, from the floral details to how your reception tables look. And while I truly appreciate beautiful aesthetics, how YOU feel and how you EXPERIENCE your day is my #1 priority. I’ll be there to fluff your dress or straighten your boutonniere, but more than that, I will be your constant encourager and friend throughout the day - from getting excited with you as you’re getting ready, to (probably) sobbing during your vows, to hyping you up on the dance floor as you celebrate your story. And I’ll be there to capture it all.

I’m not just your photographer

I’ll be holding your hand throughout the entire process, from sending you an exclusive wedding guide, to recommending vendors, to sending you tips and resources to help make your entire experience — from planning to getting down on the dance floor — a stress-free and fun one. (Actually, scratch that — more like from planning to photo delivery!) I’ll be there to answer any questions before your day, make sure you feel your best on the day of, and be there for you every step of the way.

 
 

Need a list of what I’ll do? Here it is:

1. personalized vendor suggestions

I know first-hand how challenging it can be to find vendors for your big day. If you need names or recommendations, just let me know!

2. permit assistance

If you’re considering a separate location outside of your venue for wedding portraits, we may or may not need to apply for a permit. It can be easier in some areas, more difficult in others. Regardless, I’m here to help you with navigating the systems, so that you are all set for your day.

3. exclusive wedding guide

I have put together a guide (from the perspective of a photographer and a former bride) on things to consider and look out for when planning your wedding to help you have the best day possible.

4. handcrafted timeline

Your coordinator will probably help you with this as well, but if you need help with crafting a timeline at all, I am happy to jump in! My wedding guide also covers sample timelines to give you an idea of how much time things typically take on a wedding day.

5. unlimited advice & consultations

Whether you need DJ recommendations or advice on how to travel with a wedding dress, I’ve got you covered and will do my best to provide any guidance I can. I don’t know everything nor can I control everything, but when I say I’m here for you, I mean it. If you have a burning question at 4am, shoot me a text. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

6. my undivided attention on your wedding day

I’ll be there for you — cue the Friends’ theme song — for every minute of your day. I’ll be on the lookout for the little details that make you you, and that make your story unique. I’ll photograph the big moments and the in-between moments that you might not even realize happened.

7. all of your photos delivered

I don’t place an arbitrary limit on the number of photos I’ll deliver. After your wedding day, I’ll curate a gallery that tell the complete story of your day — I mean, what’s the point in holding back any good images from your day?!

8. album design + printing assistance

Want to make an album out of your photos so you can have a physical copy of your day to flip through? I can help! I highly recommend doing this — don’t let your best day sit in a hard drive collecting dust! There is also a print store attached to the online gallery that I deliver your photos through — if you would like to print any of your photos, I strongly recommend this option because your photos get sent to professional print labs that ensure high quality prints that will withstand the test of time. The Entire Experience

12 Hours of Photography Coverage

For when you’re planning a day that involves multiple locations, or if you’d like to break it up over two days so you can have a day just for wedding portraits. If you aren’t sure how many hours of coverage you’ll need, talk to me and I can help you figure out a starting point!

a 2nd photographer

With larger weddings, I always come with a second shooter because there’s so much more going on! A second shooter not only helps to give a different perspective on the day’s events, they also help to capture all the little moments among your guests so that you (and I) can focus on you having the best day ever.

all the resources and planning help

I want your day to go as smoothly as you do. When you hire me, you get alllll of me — all my help, advice, tips, resources… everything that will help you make the most of your day. I will give you personalized vendor recommendations, customize a timeline and more (if you need them)!

all of your photos, backed up for a year

My services don’t stop after your day is over. I carefully curate and hand-edit every single image that tells the complete story of your day. Your photos will be delivered in their original resolution, via a password protected online gallery for you to download and share with whomever you please. Oh and yes, they’re backed up for a year, just in case!

my travel is covered

I want to be there with you and for you! My travel to anywhere on the West Coast (CA/OR/WA) is covered — meaning there aren’t any extra “oh by the way” travel fees that I’ll slip in at the last second… unless it involves a little something extra, like a hot air balloon ride ;)
