4-Day Wedding Celebration in Sayulita, Mexico
Now where to even begin.
I first met Natalie & Patrick at their Joshua Tree proposal in 2021, where I immediately knew I was in the company of some very special people. The love that they shared not just between them but also with their friends was one that touched me incredibly deeply. After their proposal, Pat & Nat reached out again to ask if I would go to Mexico with them to photograph their micro-wedding. They didn’t have to ask twice.
Sayulita, Mexico — a small surf town 45 minutes north of the bustling city of Puerto Vallarta. A town whose name and reputation spread mostly through word of mouth; charming, magical, and just straight up cute.
A welcome party at a beachfront club, a rehearsal dinner at one of the best restaurants in town, a highly emotional wedding day filled with an incredible amount of love, a day-after brunch and pool hang with loved ones, and finally an evening running around downtown Sayulita as newlyweds made up a whole weekend (and more) of Nat & Pat’s epic wedding celebrations. It was an incredible honor to capture it all — the emotions, the love, the friendships — in a place so special and magical, and an even greater honor to experience it with this group of A+ weirdos, I mean, humans. (I say weirdos with the utmost love in my heart — there are no words for how much I love this group of people.)
